We operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-in clients. This allows us to reserve dedicated time for each guest and ensures that your therapist is available and ready at the time of your appointment.

Because we value both our clients' time and our therapists' schedules, we kindly ask that you honor your appointment or notify us in advance if you need to make changes.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the reserved service fee.

VIP Members: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, one massage session will be redeemed from your membership.
